How I Can Help

When a relationship begins to deteriorate, it is not always easy to understand what is happening or where to begin. My role is to help you name what you are experiencing, recognize the stage your relationship is in, and translate that understanding into practical steps.

Marriage and Relationship Guidance

If you are going through a crisis

For couples experiencing emotional distance, recurring arguments, loss of intimacy, parallel lives, or uncertainty about how to move forward. The goal is to understand the current dynamic and find a strategy suited to this particular stage of the relationship.

If you want to begin on your own

Individual guidance is also possible when the other spouse does not wish to participate. Examining your own way of relating, recognizing patterns, and recovering your capacity to make intentional choices can bring about real change in the relationship.

What can we work on?

  • Recognizing signs and stages of marital deterioration.
  • Understanding patterns of communication and conflict.
  • Addressing emotional distance and the loss of mutual attention.
  • Restoring space for conversation without accusation or blame.
  • Revisiting expectations, needs, and personal responsibility.
  • Strengthening belonging, intimacy, and a shared sense of purpose.
  • Defining small, practical steps that can be sustained in everyday life.

Guidance Tailored to the Relationship’s Current Stage

1. Understand

We listen to your story, the present state of the relationship, and what is causing concern or pain today.

2. Identify

We identify the stage of deterioration, the patterns that sustain it, and the strengths the marriage still holds.

3. Act

We design practical, realistic actions tailored to the needs of that couple—not to a one-size-fits-all formula.

The goal is not to assign blame, but to recover responsibility, dialogue, and a sense of belonging.

Workshops and Training for Organizations

I design and facilitate workshops, conferences, and educational programs for communities, schools, universities, and organizations committed to strengthening marriage and family life. Content can be adapted to each institution and audience.

Let’s Start with a Conversation

Tell me briefly what you are going through and what kind of support you are seeking. I will respond so that we can determine whether my approach is a good fit for you or your marriage.

The support I offer is educational and guidance-based. It is not a substitute for psychotherapy, clinical assessment, or emergency care.
